Water Extraction and Water Damage Restoration

24/7 Emergency Service

Water extraction and water damage restoration vans on site at nightImagine stepping out of your bed in the dark and feeling cold wet carpet on your bare feet. Or opening your front door after work and finding your home flooded from a leaky roof, faulty appliance or broken pipe. It's a horrible shock! But don't panic--help is only a phone call away!

Even if it's 2:00 a.m. on Christmas Day, Enhanced Carpet Cleaning will soon be at your door with extraction equipment to dry out your home and prevent secondary damage. Enhanced professionals are specially trained and certified by IICRC approved instructors. Enhanced thoroughly dries your home using the latest scientific methods and the most efficient specialty equipment.

Virtually all homeowners and renters insurance policies cover water damage restoration and drying. Texas State Law states that YOU, the homeowner, get to choose your restoration company. Don't let the insurance company tell you who they want. Choose Enhanced, the company that takes the extra steps that get you through water damage disasters with minimum hassle.

Enhanced documents your claim using Xactimate software, the program preferred by major insurance companies. Xactimate streamlines the claims process and makes everything run smoother, faster and easier for you!

Primary Damage

The most common culprits for flooding are leaking pipes (under the sink, commode line, evaporative cooler lines...) and faulty appliances (especially ice maker lines, dishwasher and laundry hoses, water heaters...). Although this type of flooding is definitely a problem, at least it's clean water. When promptly attended to, all that is required is to extract the water and set up high Wet carpet requiring emergency water extraction to prevent secondary damagevolume blowers and dehumidifiers. Using fans alone will only keep the moisture airborne and will never completely dry out your home.

If you can safely do so, it's best to remove furniture and other items from the affected areas. Wood furniture can stain your carpet. If you can't move it, placing a plastic bag or other water-resistant barrier between the furniture leg and the carpet will prevent staining. Electronic devices should be unplugged (if you can do so safely). If your flooding occurs on the second floor, be very cautious when you go downstairs because the heavy water-logged ceiling may fall.

Secondary Damage

Unless the company is IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying and Water Damage Restoration, they can't adequately prevent the secondary damage that occurs after flooding. What is secondary damage? After the water is extracted, significant amounts of moisture remains in the structure and contents of your home. Although it may begin as clean water, within 24-48 hours wet items become breeding grounds for multiple biohazards, like bacteria and mold.

Enhanced Carpet Cleaning is IICRC certified! Their personnel are classroom and hands-on trained to prevent secondary damage. Your home will remain safe and healthy for your family. They can also remove the moisture trapped inside walls, under High volume air movers drying out hall in commercial building cabinets, and absorbed in building materials such as wood floors and plaster.

Your home is your biggest investment. Demand that your home be returned to its "before loss" condition by professionals. Insist on using Enhanced Carpet Cleaning to restore your home.
